My friend Frank just sent me this link to a great video of a bicycle being made at Geekhouse Bikes. From the looks of their website, these guys build great custom bicycles. Keep up the great work guys.
Why wouldn’t anyone want to ride a fixed gear (sarcasm)
Pretty, nice atmosphere, but leaves me thinking; why did I just watch that? It might as well be a music video, says nothing about the bikes he’s building (looks like a tour of a HIPSTER FASHION BIKE FACTORY to me).
Nice set of tools though and it looks like he knows what he’s doing, whatever that is. Kind of shouts out “form before function” though.
actually I take that bacj. I watched it again – his skills seem marginal; using a handheld drill (vs press) to drill holes, doing everything quick & sloppy. his tools are old & rusty.
this is hipster emo BS. he’s not a real framebuilder.
but awww, he has such shaggy hair and cute black glasses & moustasche.
give that boy an E for effort and a T for nice try.
